We're so thrilled to announce our wedding photography workshop!
This event will provide the opportunity to elevate your wedding photography and editing skills, while connecting with like-minded photographers in the vibrant city of Toronto.
This workshop is a celebration of the nuanced moments between couples that make up an unforgettable wedding day. Starting with the first look, and taking you through what we consider to be some of the most essential and memorable moments of the day.
Set against the backdrop of timeless elegance, our workshop will be hosted at the
University Club of Toronto and planned meticulously by Lexington & Co. On Day 1 you’ll learn to navigate the diverse landscape of wedding photography to feel confident in taking notable and dynamic photographs no matter where you are. Day 2 will focus on the intricacies of post-processing, sharing invaluable insights and tricks for efficient & timeless editing.
This intimate workshop is open to only 14 participants, allowing for meaningful connections with other like minded photographers in an inviting and warm setting. Participants can also expect to meet local vendors who were thoughtfully curated for this event. The workshop is best suited for photographers with at least 2+ years experience looking to elevate their skill set and gain a deeper understanding of storytelling through wedding photography.

When: Saturday, April 13th - Sunday, April 14th
Where: University Club of Toronto (UCT) - 380 University Avenue, Toronto, ON.
Investment: $1800 CAD + HST
What is included: Day 1 includes a light breakfast, lunch and dinner + cocktails. Day 2 includes a light breakfast.
What is not included: Your accommodations. We have a few rooms available at the venue for a discounted rate and can provide recommendations for hotels around the venue.
Who you are: This workshop is best suited for photographers with 2+ years experience looking to elevate their wedding photography skills.

Day 1
9:00am-7:00pm
Day 1 will be a fully curated fashion forward photo shoot with professional models lead by Erin and supported by Mitch. This day will provide an opportunity for you to shoot alongside us as we discuss the intricacies of capturing a wedding day. Here's some things you can expect to learn:
- Producing beautiful images, no matter the lighting scenario
- Creating an editorial look & feel with your photos
- The significance of a second shooter
- Shooting with flash in multiple ways
- Posing techniques
- Capturing candid moments + creating moments that feel natural
- The importance of making your clients feel comfortable
- Telling a story with your images
Day 1 will end with a 3-course dinner at UCT allowing for reflection on the day and socializing with the group + Erin and Mitch.
Day 2
9:00am- 12:00pm
Day 2 will be focused on editing the photos taken Day 1. We will lead you through our editing process and share our tips, tricks, and insights. Here's some things you can expect to learn:
- Colour grading
- Light retouching (how a little bit can go a long way)
- Thoughtfully culling to tell a story
- Giving your photos a feeling
- The benefit of presets (and making them your own)
- Adapting your editing style to suit the location and subject
